So its after lunch today, around 1430hrs when i leave my office to find a quick meal around The Zone in Rosebank. Most quick meal shops are closed due to no electricity and water. KFC is opened. I order a Hawaian Zinger and get charged for it. I collect my order and when it is handed to me the lady behind the counter confirms the order once again. I walk all the way back to my office, climbing up and down the escalators since there was no power. On arrival at my office and sitting down to enjoy my meal, i was disappointed to notice that i have been given the wrong order, smaller than what I had paid for. I searched the net to find an email for KFC where i could alert them, to no avail, hence i turned to hello peter. Rather than walk all the way back to the shop i decided to consume the product. I was not prepared to walk all the way back, no escalators, in an empty stomuch, to get there and complain and then wait for the correct , then hurry back to my office and find that i am late for my meeting. It is such small things that spoil the names of good franchises. One might think why i bothered to mention all this for a small order, its all about customer service and building loyalty
Best regards,
