Wrong order, spicy nuggets making my toddler cry in pain

Good day

On 14 May around 17:30 I placed an order at KFC in Secunda near 5 star spar. I placed my order which included a 6 piece nuggets with a colonel sauce for my toddler. No where did I mention anything spicy, in fact the colonel burgere I specified as normal. So when I gave my toddler the nuggets he took a bite and the started screaming and crying. I took a bite and it burned my mouth due to the spice. There was also no colonel sauce included.

Then I also ordered 2 x dunked pops (I order them regularly, to my disappointment the container was not even half filled with pops.

This is really not acceptable service or produce that I expect from KFC, which I have supported a very long time
