Wrong order not rectified

My husband and I went to kfc Somerset west main road today and placed our orders. I ordered the chicken box which should have 3 pieces of chicken. And I swopped 1 piece for the hot and crispy one's. When we finally got our order I had 2 hot and crispy pieces(not 3pieces). When my husband explained that his order was correct and mine not, they simply swopped it for a normal streetwise 3. I'm upset cause that is not customer service. We paid more to just get a streetwise 3 and not the box meal!!
