Wrong order not aligning to all o ordered from mr d app

KFC I’m so dissapointed. I was very hungry, ordered food via MrD and delivered the wrong order. I’m still hungry yet my appetite is disturbed by this delivery. The chicken is so dry and cold and worse the chips. How do we go about this?
