Wrong order, no stock

I went to KFC florida and bought 2 Tower rounders and a Streetwise 5. I had already paid when the person at the second window told me they had run out of chicken and that it would take 5-10 minutes. Myself and other customers were told to wait in the parking lot. I waited for 30 minutes and went inside to find my order sitting there. In total it took 45 minutes to get my order. When I got home, I opened the bag and noticed that they didn't put any chips with my order. I didn't want to return and wait another 45 minutes in a queue to get my chips. Really pathetic service.
