WRONG ORDER GIVEN

I have gone to KFC outside East Rand Mall three times and they messed up the order each time I was there and their quality of food is horrible. First time I ordered Zinger patty and they gave me a normal patty that was very dry and I waited 15min in the parking lot for the order. Second time the breakfast bun that I ordered, the egg was still raw on the bun and threw half of it away. Third time I ordered a breakfast combo + extra patty and they just gave me the bun and coffee without the hashbrown.
