Wrong Order

I made an order at KFC Bluedowns I bought 3 burgers and shake I received a total different order 9 piece of meat no zinger burger I laid complaints on the app that night some man from call centre called and asked me to call them back in the morning. I didn't receive a call just some SMS saying I must call an 086 number I don't have airtime for that then they closed the case sending SMS but no call. Why must I use my airtime to call a mistake they made. And the driver said this is your order showed me my name on it but was nothing I ordered
