Wrong order ended up tasting disgusting

I bought a wrapsta box at KFC cresta shopping centre, when I got home I saw my order is wrong, instead of a wrap I got some funny looking burger, because I was hungry I took a bite, only to discover the bun was burnt inside, and the chicken was rock hard, dry and tough, and it tasted disgusting. On top of it I waited +20 minutes for this order. I took a pic and send it to KFC support expressing my frustration, cresta is about 30 minutes and 20km from me which I stated in my initial complaint. Their resolution is for me to go back there for a replacement. Am I really gonna drive 40km and 1 hour to and fro, to that disgusting KFC I never wanna set my foot in? Be real!! This is not a resolution whatsoever.
