Wrong order

I had ordered kfc 10 dunked Wings , however they gave me Street wise 2 .. called the store expecting me to go to another kfc to get the correct order as I am home now . They are not even letting me go to the nearest KFC for my order … inconvenience on my side as I need to use petrol to go to their preferred Kfc .
