Wrong order

Saturday my family & i where travelling to Polokwane, Went pass KFC Jabulani Mall and i ordered a Wrapsta meal and 4 wings for myself and was served by a lady named Kate as i was rushing she gave me my change and food on our drive i decided its now time to eat and i open my packet only to find that i have been given a box master. I was so upset can I ask your cashiers to please pay attention to our orders as I paid for food which I did not end up eating and its not fair.
