Wrong order

I ordered food and Sunday ice creams over the phone ,I specifically ordered Sunday ice creams because they were on 50/50 promotion however instead of giving my brother the Sunday when he fetched the order they decided to give us Oreo ice creams that cost R15 . I was really disappointed because when I called them I could tell that they seemed unsure about my order, I told them I was going to bring back the ice creams but I decided not to because it was really an inconvenience for me to waste my time going back to return ice creams . KFC Mabopane Square must take correct orders if push comes for them to write the order down then they should to prevent an inconvenience for their customers.
