Wrong order & bad service

This is my 2nd time in this week that I received poor service from kfc Wellington On Wednesday 16 August I bought myself a All star box the bun was stale & couldn't take it back because I stay in saron about 60km from Wellington so I had to give it the my dog. And because I really like one of the managers I just dint want to complain as she will always greet het customers & really assist 1 nicely ( Anthea )

But today Friday 18th August I bought 2 streetwise 2s just to open it at home with the wrong order I received 1 piece of chicken with 2 wings and the chicken is still raw. I know you were busy but the lady that help calling out the orders had a bad attitude and when I've asked her about my order she really was vetmry grumpy because I paid at the sef help screen & everyone that was helped after me Orders was than before mine. So I don't know of my food was deliberately wrong? But this is really not on.
