Wrong order

I visited the kraaifontein store on the old paarl Road yesterday. Placed an order of an all 1 in feast. The lady didn’t even call the order number she was calling order based on what people have ordered & that made a big mess. However, I was meant to get 6 pieces in my order, But when I got home I discovered the was only 5 pieces.

Last night someone in my family had no pieces of chicken because of the wrong order, I have shared this on the kfc website to report it but still no response.

I guess our money is good as customers to get the wrong orders & also get no answers when we complain.

I didn’t even get my slip back. Thanks to the fact It was a card payment & I paid 19:03 pm N the order number was 326. Can someone do something & advise is this the service you guys offer?
