Wrong order at KFC springs

On Sunday evening around 17:30 pm i went the KFC by the Springs taxi rank , the by the corner to buy, i ordered a 9 piece bucket meal and paid. I didn't check knowing that they must know their job and be professional. When I got home only to realise there was only 6 pieces inside. The lady who handed me my order also enfised and assured me that there were 9 pieces inside with a huge smile on her face .l also work in the hospitality industry and know the importance of service delivery and value for money and I'm so disappointed of the service delivered. I also have a friend who shared a similar experience where he bought 10 pieces also late in the evening same place but got home only to find 8 pieces inside which make me think that that's what they always do. Maybe next time to there should be a huge sign on the door saying we should check our meals before we leave . I'm very disappointed 😞
