Wrong order and then get insulted

I went to the drive thru and ordered 8 zinger wings and a regular coke. When I got to the collection window the lady gave me the bag with food and said goodbye. I asked what about my coke and she said no you didn't order coke. I repeated what I had ordered and she said no you ordered 8 zinger wings and a regular mash. I said no regular coke. She then started arguing with me and I said I know what I ordered and I want it she refused. She then said she was also having trouble hearing me so it is my voice. I said to her oh so now she is accusing me and saying it is my fault for the voice I was born with??? I still can not believe how rude she was and very insulting, and also refusing to give me the correct order. I am shocked!
