Wrong order and short supp****

i went to the florida road kfc in durban to purchase a wicked zinger box meal. I was asked to confirm if i wanted a Zinger burger or Colonel Burger. I confirmed twice that i wanted a zinger burger but a stale colonel burger with the fillet dry as a bone. I get home with the box meal, only to discover that it is not a zinger burger and i have been given 3 wings instead of four. the last time i was only given the skin of a wing when i puchased 8 wings here. i went back thinking that it could have been a mistake, but this seems like a regular occurence to rob patrons. Pathetic service. My order was number 308 on 03/01/2018
