Wrong order and attitude

I ordered a wicked box this morning, and they firstly gave me a zinger box meal. They rectified, and when I got to work they never gave me my cold drink. I phoned and they said I can come and pick up my cold drink. I am 40 km away now......when I asked how will it work later they said that the manager would know....not even asking my name or apologising. Seems that they are used to **** service. FLORENTIA branch
