Wrong order again!!!

On the 30th October we went to KFC. We ordered a box master and a streetwise 5. Asked specifically for the hot and crispy chicken coating. When I received the food, also confirmed whether its the hot and crispy coating, and the lady confirmed yes it is. After arriving at home, only to notice that it happened again. Its so so so frustrating get wrong orders after confirming many times for a specific item. I dont think they will see me again any time soon. The chicken also tasted as if it was cooked a while ago, very dry and not pleasant at all.
