Wrong order again

Every time (and it is not often) we go to KFC, I am reminded why we don't buy food there. The orders are most of the time wrong, usually it is so dirty inside (just behind the counter), or the ice cream machine doesn't work. There is always something. But last night was the last straw. We didn't get what we ordered and paid for. The best part is, that we were only 3 people there. (My husband, me, and 1 other patron). On the slip it says we can visit the survey and rate the service. Tried to to that, but the survey is now closed. Great.
