Wrong order

I write this review with much disappointment from KFC in Jabulani mall, we bought bottomless bucket only to be given a normal bucket which is very appalling for such a huge food franchise to give out the wrong order and we couldn't take it back as we left the mall late due to running other errands but I'm not happy at all, we need to be compensated for the mess that they have created.
