Wrong Order

At 12:55 today I went to KFC to buy 1 chicken LunchBox with a small coke no ice.Within a few minutes my order was ready.To my shock the Coke had ice cubes in it.I told the lady that I don't want ice she told me the cashier didn't say anything.I pushed the coke back to her then she took a s**** and started removing the cubes from the coke.I asked her if she's using a s**** and she said yes.I find it unhygenic to do that.Worst of all when I got home I found that streetwise 3 was what she gave me and not my order
