Wrong order

I went to kfc Newlands saturday nite at around 9pm to get the Family something to eat after a long day on the road. I ordered a big 7 meal from a unfriendly Nhlanhlo, i was the only customer in the store so did not wait 2 long, after receiving my order she explained my order to me witch was correct, only to get home and find there was short chicken in the box, so now im at home with not enough food for the fam witch i payed for, tried calling the store with no answer, ive never experienced such bad service from the other kfc stores
