Wrong order

Went to KFC at Bara mall after work order at the kiosk 10 dunked wings and crunch burger meal, instead of getting dunked wings I was giving to meals of burgers one with zinger wings Andi had paid R174.90 for my initial order. When I got home I got food that I didn't order at all. To make things worse the kiosk didn't have slips and shown a number on the screen I think it was 273. How can you give someone something that they didn't order.
