Wrong order

I ordered 10 dunked wings, box master and 9 piece chicken deal from kfc century city. They gave me a wrong order instead of giving me dunked wings they put 3 dry chicken pieces in the small box that they use for dunked wings... They did not put my dunked wings of which I was charged R84. 90 for them. I'm really disappointed with the service and it's not the first time that they always omit something from the order or they put wrong things in the order. Below is the slip and the order they gave me, even the 9 piece chicken deal was so dry. I sent kfc a message but didn't even bother to respond to my complaint. I even attached my slip but my complaint was just ignored.
