Wrong order

Yesterday I ordered thru online , firstly its was incorrect , I even called the store and spoke.to tholo The pieces which was given to me was incorrect, there was no mash and gravy and only chips I mean online order says 2 pieces with mash and gravy And only one coleslaw was given I tried calling the store back.but there was no answer I.mean ,I ordered online correctly and even called.the store but the order was still given incorrectly
