Wrong order

First one: 13 February 2026, we ordered from kfc at alzu stop, we ordered 2 doritos box master meals with 2 buddy cokes and 1 buddy coke zero, we got regular box masters and 1 coke 1 coke zero and a fanta orange, all of the cold drinks tasted like plastic. Second one: today we ordered a Allstar buddy box, the meat on the burger looked as if it was a week old and it was cold, we also ordered a zinger box master meal, no sauce on the boxmaster and it looked like a child made the boxmaster. My son also ordered a zinger boxmaster, only had mayonnaise on it. I called them and they said they'll replace the food, sent my son to go and get the replacement, burger again was cold, the boxmaster had regular mayonnaise on, not the zinger sauce. I've called their head office and they said we must take the food back again, so we have to drive up and down on our own cost for their mistakes.
