Wrong Order

I am now turning 33 this year and I have been visiting KFC for 23 of those years and in 23 years they never got my order wrong until now yesterday on 11 May 2019 at Graaff Reinet kfc they got my order wrong I ordered the full size double crunch meal the normal size one and they gave me the snack size burger on closer inspection I sal that the one I ordered was around R50 for the burger only and R69.90 for the full meal the one I received was around R25.
