WRONG ORDER

I placed an order through KFC Deliveries on ********** 532 on the 12/09/2018 at 13:10 spoke to Lesego who assisted me nicely, i ordered 3x Zinger wings lunchbox and 3 small buddy drinks, i then specifically explained to her that it includes small chips, zinger burger and zinger wings, she then agreed that its the right order and gave me the total amount of R184.70, she said the order will take 30 to 40min, the order came in with 15min which was impressive, i asked the delivery man (Jorrison) if i can check the order before i pay cause i HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH KFC AND WRONG ORDERS he assured me that the order is correct no need to check, after the payment i opened the boxes it was only 6zinger and chips i showed the guy he agreed with me that the burger is missing, he is going back to fetch burger and coming back, 30min passed got worried and i called the branch that delivered which is KFC Elarduspark, i spoke to Patronela 14:37 she explained that the menu has since changed 2weeks ago, i explained to her that lesego didnt explain that to me, she said she wil,l call lesego and get back to me, she didnt get back to me instead Lesego called at 14:50 she acknowledged the mistake of not explaining the new menu to me, and promised to fix the matter after i made it clear that this is not what i ordered and i dont want it, she assured that she will call me back its 15:30 i am seating here with the wrong order and we are hungry, my colleagues are not impressive as well cause we made the order together and they heard the conversation, i AM REALLY NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL, COME COLLECT YOUR FOOD AND REFUND US
