Wrong order

On the 31st March 2015 I went to KFC at corner Van Der Walt & Francis Baard Street(Schoeman Street) in Pretoria. On the receipt its written KFC Prime Towers. <br> I have order double crush burger 2 of them and 1 snack burger. It was a take out orders but I decided to sit down to eat a snack burger as I was taking some pills so I decided to eat that snack burger. Pity I didn't check the double crunch burger if it was the correct order as I gave them the benefits of the doubts. Pity when I arrive at home I found that I was given the wrong orders instead of double crunch burger I was given a burger but its was not double crunch burgers as it was not the first time for me to buy it. I then phoned KFC customer centre to complain I spoke to a lady called Carthy. The lady took down my details and told me they will do a follow up. Indeed later I received an sms saying they have received my complain and the cas number was also on that sms. The sms says they will contact me. Then the following day I waited for the call but no one phoned me. I then decided to call the customer call centre again I was then told that it does take 24 to 48 hours to be contacted but even now no one contacted me. I w
