wrong food order/person at order window had bad at

on sunday 12/04/2015 at 20h00 i visited kfc in rifle range road in haddon johannesburg,the person at the window took long to acknowledge me and did not even greet me,i ordered a box it meal with a kfc hot zinger burger as main meal when i had to choose the sides i chose a sparkling crusher and wings,she then told me they dont have that in stock.i was now left with a very minimal choice of sides.and chose a piece of chicken and coleslaw.i specifically asked not to be given a drumstick.but when i left and checked my food i found that i had been given a colonel burger instead of a zinger burger as ordered and a drumstick something which i specifically did not want,furthermore the drumstick did not taste nicely at all since monday 13/04 ive tried to complaint to the store manager without any success.i sincerely hope i will be contacted regarding this matter as i will definitely no longer be going to this store
