wrong food arrogant and rasism

Well lets stats start 1. whem you climb out the car there are 2 to 3 people asking for money we are not yet in the store. 2 get in the store another bum comes asking for money me as the client can consecrate what i want and when i get cross and chase him out staff is agry at me and the guy even shout namou at me I have spoken to the people at the till and the one at the door with a don't care attitude????

3 anyway we ordered 1) 10 piece family treat with coleslaw 2 snack burgers and mash R224.90 2) all star box with small drink 4 of them R259.60 3)streetwise on with mash four of them R91.60 4) and 15 piece bucket R199.90 that is R667.10 we took it and we live on a farm 34 km away,,,,,,, what a ***** up this was wrong portions, some burning like hell we did not receive the bucket no chips

when i phoned back someone just said i should have checked my order typical WHITE PEOPLE. im very unhappy

How do we sort this out my number ***
