Wrong food

I made my order of a family feast 10p and 10 dunked wings and 4x crushers, when I got to the window the lady told me to wait in front because the order is taking some time, she will bring my stuff. After waiting a while I decided to walk in and ask for my food. The manager at Tzaneen branch Sophie promised me she will make sure they bring me my food to the car. After waiting so long she brought the food totally wronv, without me knowing because I thought it would be right since the 4x crushers were right. But instead we got 1x 2pc of chicken with a small amount of chips, and then 5pc of Chicken and no other sides. I am currently not situated in Tzaneen. But would still love to provide my family with the necessarily food I would've given them. My wife is fully capable. I hope we can resolve this.
