wrong dressing

please tell me since when does a zinger burger have colonel dressing. i buy a zinger burger because i want zinger dressing. we leave our offices to buy lunch only to come back and find your order wrong. i phoned and the lady tells me we should have said a super charged zinger burger, since when because this has never been said. i very upset i can not eat this and had to take off the chicken and wipe it and throw away the rest. i am very very upset, i paid for this it was not for free
