Wretched KFC Bridge City Drive Thru service

Last week, I went to their drive thru and requested for dunked wings< I sat for more then 15mins waiting for my wings and when I finally received them it wasn't what I had expected I opened them they were dry very dry even worse there not even one drumette, asked the lady if she could do better and she rudely rep**** that this is what KFC gives them to sell to customers and what is it that she must do I wanted wings and she sold them to me, and why is it that the speed point as well as the toilet are always not in service, service at this KFC is despicable.
