Worste deliveryand service

Kfc corner Long and strand usless when it comes to them answering their calls. Made my order 1st time online tried to call to find out about the driver as the site did not allow me to track my driver. They kept dropping the call after been on hold 4 5 mins tried 3 time to call When the delivery came i left clear instructions to drop the food at reception i ended having to go outside to collect food and the delivery guy was not there but qround corner. I asked if everything is hear with a smile he gave me such a harsh look and rudley answer ya and just walked on why did i even give this guy a tip online worste ever customer service
