WORST!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 💔 it’s been YEARS now trying to get a refund on an order I made on their website and never got delivered but money was deducted on my account 💔 I’ve called a million times but I get a new CAS number but zero help, always told that the ticket has been closed. Total *******!!!! It doesn’t make sense why they’re website is still up while they know very well that there’s a bug that always chows people’s money .. if tried to reach them on every platform , Twitter, Facebook, you name it but never get assistance
