Worst time at kfc Balvenie, Cape Town

Well, the only good thing about my visit to kfc eureka is the fact that you asking me to rate them. The entire trip was awful!!! From the time of purchase to getting my meal was an entire hour. This is pathetic service. It would appear that the staff decides on what time they want to close shop and therefore only make enough meat till a certain time. This is absolutely terrible as walk in clients get their food first while drive through customers have to go park in a shaddy parking lot risking smash and grab and *******. An hour later I heard my order number being called. By then I had long time lost appetite for kfc. I truly hope that this establishment closes down because customers are really not getting value for money. To top it all off when I got home and opened my food I noticed that my side breast was deliberately cut. It just wasn't normal size anymore. I regret the hour i wasted which I could never ever recover for the rest of my life. This was a finger disasterous licking moment.
