Worst Telephone order experience!

Saying I am angry would be an understatement!! I am fuming by the level of service received today at Montclair KFC. I made a telephone order of Dunked wings and when I had came to collect my order they told that they had given my order to someone else without confirming if I was actually coming or not! What kind of a customer service is that? So now I had to wait while they re-do my order which defeats the main purpose of ordering online or by telephone Which is basically is to safe time!!! I don’t think I will ever set foot at KFC Montclair as I am extremely disappointed by the level of service received today.
