Worst store KFC Chris Hani Mall Vosloorus

Good day. I’d like to share my experience at KFC Chris Hani. I got to the fast food restaurant for ice cream treat. I was advised that the machine is not working properly probably due to LoadShedding and the teller operator ensured that she’ll inform me once the machine gets back on track. I stepped aside for roughly 15/20minutes. In that period, I saw a number of people getting their milkshakes and decided to get milkshakes instead of ice cream. Went back to the queue, when I got to the tellers to order milkshakes, the lady told me the same story as before (that machine not working- will be called) fine I then decide to order bucket for one whilst waiting to be called for ice cream/milkshake. I waited another 20 minutes, waiting to be called as per standard procedure. Nothing, until a customer informed me that you need to present your slip so they can prepare your order. Orders are not prepared by looking/managing the order monitor/screen but by the customer coming forth and providing their receipt. I’m not sure if management/operations seniors for that particular store is available how things are done at the store. Back to my story, I present my receipt, after a struggle of pushing peoples hands in order to give the man behind the counter. I get my order. In all that struggle, I was exhausted, disappointed and annoyed. I didn’t look at my order. I take a taxi , and get home. Once I settled, I go through my order and noticed that my order is not in order. I ordered bucket for 1 thigh as mentioned above , which contains of chips, 1 chicken thigh piece and 2x zinger wings. I only got few chips and a chicken piece - the wings were not added. So I’m thinking to myself , if you know what you are doing you’d know that a bucket for one needs to have wings. When you present my order and know very well that you didn’t add wings what exactly are you doing? Is the staff being trained according to the company’s expectations or it’s just the staff not interested in serving good customer service? I had the worst experience and would definitely not recommend KFC to anyone.
