Worst service with no proper communication

What a worst service I got from KFC crown mines,I went to order around 20h30 and I waited for 1 hour 30 minutes without proper explanation as to why,after ordering by drive through we were told to go wait by the parking lot they will bring it and nothing happened, my partner kept on going to check what's was going on and only after an hour we were told there was no meat but we were not advised upon ordering ,then the next excuse was one of their employees bumped our order by mistake that it's out but we did not get the order...on top of that no apologies we got...what a horrible experience and mind you I was traveling with a 1 year old ,until her milk got finished while waiting for the order.then they waited for me and the manager to finish the arguments then start preparing the order...I regret ever going there
