Worst service time and time again

We where standing in the queue like every one else and as we got to the the front we approached the counter. We where suppose to be served first but Murel the team member probably decided that we don't form part of the KFC team and that the people behind us will rather be assisted. English is the recognised business language but when we asked sorry can you help us we where first she responded back in her own language and showed with her hand we should move. This is pathetic service and Kolonnade KFC will never see us again.
