Worst service of my life!!!

It brings me great sadness to write this text. I'm appauled by the service I've just received at KFC Jabulani Mall Branch.

1. We stood outside waiting for entry and assistance for a period of over 45min.

2. Upon entry, we were told they only take cash payment. Why that was not mentioned the whole time we were standing in the queue blows my mind. So I had to rush to the ATM leaving my position as number one in the queue to return as the last.

3. I placed and order. 45min later we were still standing in the queue. I make an enquiry as to why were still waiting. Again were only told then that they were still frying the chicken. Why were we not told this prior to making an order so that I can decide for myself if whether the wait is worth it or not again blows my mind.

5. Eventually when the orders come out I'm told "sorry the person who took my order forgot to mention that they are out of wings, may we substitute it with a coleslaw" A WHOLE COLESLAW!!!!

I went in the queue at 18:20pm only to leave at 19:30pm (without my original order, explanation nor apology) I'm beyond shook of the treatment we've received. I request that an investigation is made on this matter and I'll definitely be following up on it and making noise about it on every platform until I'm heard.
