Worst service KFC southgate

I'm at KFC was being assisted some lady her name tag said Thato, I placed my order but my daughter watented something else when asking her to change my order she said she cant cos its already on their small screen, she just told me she could not help me had to join another que. I'm really disappointed she spoke to me like im a kid.
