Worst Service - KFC Richmond Corner

Ordered online via the KFC app. Got here at 8 and they have not even started with the online order. The excuse was that the order has not reflected on the order list. It is now half hour later and I am still standing waiting for my order. The curfew is at 9 and at 8h45 I have not received my food which has already been paid for at 7h50.
