Worst service KFC Montford

Ordered from KFC (Montford) yesterday (a streetwise bucket for one, and a streetwise mix) and gave a very specific instruction to recieve ONLY the original recipe wings and not any other pieces, and a gravy-no mash. Order took over an hour to get to us. Opened the packet just to find that they gave us the side breast pieces instead of the wings requested, and in the streetwise mix, the gravy was mixed with mash and had spilled all over the chicken! The chicken smelled a bit sour as well. Called the branch and asked why we were given the wrong pieces and mash mixed into the gravy when it was explicitly stated that we only wanted the original recipe wings and gravy only, and whether they had indicated this on the receipt. We were told that they HAD specified this on the receipt and they would rectify our order and send a driver immediately to fetch the messed up order. No driver came. We called again today, and was told by a different person that there were no indications on the receipt that we had given specific instructions asking for certain pieces or gravy only. We were then told that a driver would be sent immediately with the correct order. This was around 9:30am to 10:00am today and no driver has come.
