Worst service in my life.

I went to KFC Mayibuye at midrand to buy a family bucket, I went through drive through but the was no one, I drove all the way until where you collect your food and the was a lady working there at around 16:00 on 2022/02/12 who told me to go around again to order food, I told her the was no one she told she will call the person who is supposed to be there as they are "busy" that person is probably cooking and their speaker is not working they can't hear orders from a drive through.

I was so disappointed, my question was that is it because the restaurant is in the township hence the customer service is very poor. I was so unhappy that I even left and not buy the food. I will never buy at KFC in my life they dnt take clients seriously.
