Worst Service From Melville by Tshidiso

<p>I went to the drive through at KFC Melville at arount 22:55 and I looked at the food menu. The food menu had a red star at the top that said "Win Big Ask Me How", so I went to the ordering window, I ordered a Streetwise Five by a lady called Tshidiso. I asked Tshidiso what the red stars on the menu we're about, she rep**** "what are you talking about?" And I said "your food menu on the other side of the drive through has red stars on it that say 'win big ask me how', so I'm asking you, how do I win big?"</p> <p>With a cheeky attitude she said, "I don't know what that is", then I said, it's your menu, your red stars that said I should ask you how, and I'm asking you how and you say you don't know?"</p> <p>she rolled her eyes at me and rep**** with "yeah,"</p> <p>i found that very unprofessional, dismissive, belittling and disrespectful.</p> <p>I had to keep my calm during all of that because I do not know what a person who lacks respect for her customers can do to my food when I'm not looking.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tshidiso lacks customer service, she is mean and disrespectful and I didn't appreciate her backchat like attitude towards me.</p> <p> </p> <p>order number 2238</p>
