WORST SERVICE FROM KGOMOTSO MPELO ... KFC CALL CENTRE CONSULTANT!!!

On the 25th of September I placed a new order on the app, I went through each step and in the end after entering the online secure otp, it gave an error message saying "sorry for the inconvenience" order was unsuccessful but my funds were taken out of my account.

I went to the soshanguve plaza kfc branch and I was told that on their side they don't have any records of the order so I should contact the customer care for further assistance. Which I did. Unfortunately they called me during work hours and I do not take calls while I'm at work. They sent an sms saying they giving me 24hrs only until their next attempt. Tried calling them from my side but it was not a success, so I then decided to wait for them to call me back again and that never happened. Few days later I received an email saying that my case was resolved I was so shocked because I never spoke to any consultant. Kgomotso Mpelo is the one who sent the email and when I responded nobody bothered to even call me. I just need my money back please
