Worst service from kfc east rand mall and customer care

Today 30 August 2021 I went to kfc at east rand mall and received the worst service from the staff, manager and customer care hotline.. I arrived there and placed my order to Mohapi for the crunch burger then went to sit to wait for my order, after 20 minutes of waiting I went back to Mohapi to ask what was the hold up he then told me they accidentally deleted my order and they will reorder it, I understood and continued to wait then after 25minutes of waiting I went back to Mohapi to ask why I still have not received my food and asked to see the manager, after 15minutes of waiting for a no show manager I then called customer care, customer care told me they will call the store, while still waiting customer care called me back and said there is no answer on the store phone, while I was on the phone with customer care the no show manager by the name of Event arrived and said to me even if I call customer care, customer care takes orders from him and not me, with all this commotion I still had not received my order, I then hung up and demanded my money back or my food immediately, to my surprise the food was already there and they had wasted an hour of my time..
