Worst Service from any KFC Ever

I have just experienced the worst service ever from any KFC branch in the whole of South Africa.<br> <br> KFC O.R Tambo is never to be used again. The lady at the till named \Akhona"refused to speak any other language except IsiXhosa even though I told her I don't understand the language. I told her in SeTswana and English. She kept getting my order wrong to the point that I no longer wanted the food.<br> The shift supervisor \""Sabelo\"" wasn't of any help either. I told him that his staff is not right in refusing to speak English at the very least and he jokes by saying \""she isn't educated\"".<br> What is she doing at the till if she won't speak English? This is an airport and international customers are flying in and will require English as a medium.<br> Never again will I ever come to a KFC to purchase wings. This experience has left the most bitter food purchase experience and I walked out without completion of the order.<br> <br> How does wanting a snack at 10pm on a Tuesday night turn into such a horrific experience? Your reputation is ruined in my eyes and I will take this further.<br> I'm no diva but the buck stops here. Who do they think they are? This is pure tribalism from KFC and not customer service."""
